In an effort to increase a fitness lifstyle and help out with health problems, my work has started a office compitition to keep track of weekly miles that you perfom.
If you run a mile = 1 mile
a hour class = 6 miles
45 min class = 5 mile
15 min of weight training, = 1 mile
15 min of swimming = 1mile
After keeping track for the first week, I really enjoyed getting a sense of what I was doing and having the compitition. So I thought that I would bring it to the other fitness freaks. and see if you guys would want to keep track as well.
At the very least, I wanted to share the wealth. I think it has been good for me (like a food journal) and a way to aspire to a higher fitness level. At the most, It would be neat to see what other people are doing as well. If you do respond back with your tracking, let us know as well how many classes you teach a week as well.
Could be fun.
