Yes all the male presenters (that's Dr Dave and Corey) went shirtless for the whole filming of BB41. Wonder what gave them the idea.

Someone told me yesterday that the abdominal track is from an old BODYCOMBAT release, but I noticed that it's also used in the current BODYPUMP.  Does anyone know if it's the same moves? 

Apparently LMI are having problems with copyright licences so they are recycling old songs...

If it has been in combat - it is certainly a very very different version. I don't remember anything like it.

The second twist track's music is also the cooldown for the latest RPM.

BJ#40 is quite nice, must EXTRA carefully in Sun Sal, so far everything OK & not too hard to follow then the old Releases... ^^
