I think everyone would agree that Runnin' Wild is indeed an amazing Intervals track.   But picture that you have made a mix of your greatest RPM hits.  You have finished the perfect Mixed Terrain.  Now you realize that you are about to hit the wall, but you know that this particular Intervals track is your very favorite fifth track.  Besides Runnin' Wild, what one Intervals do you think is your favorite to ride?   Would like to see what you think should make the Hall of Fame.

Painkiller was good but it was my training track so I got sick of it.  Turn It Up- I loved it.  But right now I'm using Paradise City and have a good routine with it-the middle 3 interevals are for chasing down groups of riders-catching their back wheel and then using the aerobar section to come around-in the wind and pass them.  My classes love it!!  I tell them they have to pass these riders so they can be the first to do the TT at the end.

 Paradise City, Painkiller, Runnin Wild, then Turn it Up. I love them all but the end of Paradise City is just the best.

Love Paradise City with the 2 minute time trial at the end.

Bomfunk MC's (painkiller and turn it up) are the best for me. I'm doing a 26/37 mix at the moment (recommend it!) and "Turn it up" always gets the blood pumping again after the soothing sounds of coldplay. I dont much like the heavy rock ones (paradise city, runnin' wild and free, etc.). Kryptonite was pretty good. Probably my second favorite is Chris Isac (from maybe 32 or 33); I cant remember the track name.

Good call bro! Right now I'll have to say my top T5 is Pretty Vegas (34), but like Dano, when 39 launches, that will be my new top T5. The crew in the states will just have to wait and see!!! It really "kicks" a$$ and will not disappoint!!!!

Faster, Harder, Scooter. Probably the only track 5 song I like working to, I've just heard Painkiller too much I'm sick to death of it.
