taylor:as the class iteself doenst become your excersie any more but the classes, you will still get a workout from attack but I found you need to be a lot fitter!!

I tend to disagree with this statement - I find that even when I'm teaching Attack - I'm still getting a great workout, mainly because I'm practicing perfect form and precision. While I think it's important to add variety to your workouts, the best way to get into better BodyAttack shape is to do it! 3 times a week if you can!
I also find muscle conditioning (BodyPump & BodyFlow) to be really helpful - the weeks where I do more Pump classes, I really notice a difference in my Attack performance. If you can mix up some Pump classes with Flow and add some rollerblading into your mix, I think you'll be doing just fine! :)
