    Mine goes something like this:

     Monday : BC & BP

Tuesday: BC (occasionally LBT - if covering)

Wednesday: BP (& BC this week as I'm covering)

Thursday: Urban Funk (participant for once) followed by BP (taught by me)

    Friday: rest day!

    Saturday: LBT followed by BC

Sunday: BP in the evening (sometimes have to cover the morning toning class followed by BC)

I work full time in the city too... Smile

I am not an BC\BA\Body Jam instructor but I do the classes to help my performance in SCA\re-enactment (my main hobby)

    My training looks like:

Monday - Body Combat + skill work (if I have the energy)
Tuesday - Medieval combat (teaching+training if I can)
Wednesday - Body Jam + skill work
Thursday - Medieval combat (teaching+training if I can)
    Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Body Attack + skill work
Sunday - Full contact SCA training either teaching or training depending on who shows up.

(sometimes I am away at a tournament or battle for the Saturday and Sunday).

I remember when I used to be really into nostalgia
