So I did my first BA class today and there is this track I really enjoyed and dont know the name of.

The best description I can form is that it had a running component in which there were 3 rounds. It involved the word "freedom" in which you would clap and run to the centre. Thats the best i can recall thanks in advance.

wow......you must be young LOL...that song is entitled 'Freedom" by Wham....the british pop group from which George Michael emerged as a solo star.

you are right russman, that attackasized version is from the wham days, but  there were 2 versions of freedom, one with Wham and the other by George Michael post wham.
