WOW, hardcore, energetic, brilliant!

Adelaide woke up to an 8am BA with Mamma K, the wonderful Kendall, Chris and Tim, and sweated well and truly, what a way to wake up on a Sunday morning!

Very much looking forward to learning and teaching this release, celebrating 15 years of BA in style!

I CANT WAIT!!!!!!  Our quarterlies are on 16 March Glasgow!

 

hehe, well, for one, and the trainers commented too, the whole thing seems a lot faster, especially the interval and mixed impact tracks. Even listening to it seems faster lol

Lots of tough work in the final peak track, that made us all a bit wobbly when it came to doing the leg work straight after.

First 4 tracks are a whirlwind of energy, they just flash by in a blur of hard work! Followed up nicely by a tough upper body track, wow.

Running track, all I can say is do do do, whoa whoa yeah *g* Funky agility, and flying high intervals.

Now back to the chereo learning *g*

our quarterly is march 1st... SO excited!

Not tired are you???

But what is with all the running in track two? even adding the arm movements - its still just running F- B - OTS....where's the "mixed" impact - except a few step curls....could of been better I think

even the trainers commented that track 2 was more intense and faster than any we have had before. Really use the impact in the gallops and curls, get low through them, and then lift it up in the many jogs *g*

I did BA 60 for the first time today - and yes.....it was intense, no problems with that, but oh...the music, I've been doing BA for over 2 years now and I have to say that this is really the most unappealing soundtrack ever. I'm very disappointed. Nothing uplifting, inspirational - nothing of the calibre of "Kiss the Sky', 'Everytime We Touch' or that 'Fly' song. Nothing that really made me want to move. It all sounded the same - just boring.

Guess everyone is different, all 3 songs you just mentioned did not much for me in terms of motivation. Where as, I really like this soundtrack *g* Can't please everyone all the time

just saw BA60 today and LOVED it!!!! favourite tracks are 04 and 09!

Carpe Diem

Body Attack 60 is another TERRIFIC release from the LM team. Love all the tracks...favourite would have to be track 09...gotta love those tuck-jumps hey?!! Track 07 is a little bland but tracks 8 & 9 make up for it!!

Just came home from the 1/4 here in stockholm sweden!

 

 damn....i loved it!! great music, and fun coreo, however i thought  the coreo was an bit lame and  boring in track 1 and 2 but the rest of the class lifted off quite good.  loved the running track and the track 9.  an awsome  class in generall. as always. and the lower body conditioning track really killed my legs....!!! been teaching bp and an freestyle step class just before the ws......  so i brought the pain on my self i guess...
