Advice from someone who has recently completed the training:
1. bring plenty of healthy mini-meals, protein shakes, and re-hydration fluids. You'll be doing roughly 2.5 pump classes per day, so you'll need energy to perform for all.
2. bring at least 2 changes of gym clothes as well something warm to wear. You'll be doing roughly 2.5 pump classes per day, and will be sweating for all. Gym studios are usually cold with the a/c on.
3. WARNING: the BodyPump Challenge is a REAL challenge. Grit your teeth and go for gold!
