I have one question. I can see on the profiles to many who is training Body Combat, that they also training Body Attack. I training Body Attack my self, but I training Body Step for get better to coordinate the kicks, and I feel Body Step stay Close to Body Combat to, with big moves, and knee-kick in the cardio-tracks

. Seccond. It training up the core-muscless better over time, that make a better look and attitude, and third, it is very easy to streching the feets after a step-class. Beccous of the step must be yoused over the hole time

. What make the Body Attack program better/different? I have tried it some times but don't feel any thing. Can some who have experiens over time or is instructers tell?
