Re: What a bad decision: LM NZ Clothing

Hmm... NZ is the only store I haven't bought from as they NEVER have anything in my size.

I have done so from the French store... great quality, though I did have to go a size UP for a correct fit.  I have also bought from the US store... those green cargo pants are the best, though I did have to go a size DOWN for it to fit...

Interesting, we read all about les mills being one tribe across the world, but..... not when it comes to us all wearing the same clothing. I cannot see why LMI doesn't sort out a clothing line and make it available to all in the respective countries and sinsible prices. That way when we do launches as I have been doing over the last two weeks I won't be the only instructor wearing any logo'd clothing.

this is soooo spot on true...kudos for throwing the one tribe thing back at LesMills as a challenge. They talk the talk but when it comes to the clothing issue....they do not walk the walk.

    Free shipping - be warned.

In the UK you have to pay import taxes which are based on the goods value AND the shipping value. On top of that FedEx charge a nearly 7 pound admin fee for pre paying tax.

I had to pay an additional thirty pounds for taxes on 3 tops which must weigh around 400 grams!

They just announced that they are shipping to the USA again.  We have gone through it all.  We even had a few orders shipped to Canada and then sent to us.  But now, shop away.  Yeah!

Yes, that is the real sting in the tail.  I'd love to order more stuff, but with it being mail order, you're never 100% sure of the size.

There is the LM France site, but whilst the prices are good (or probably were good before the pound took a Pasting vs the Euro), the sizes are un peu petit.  So an XL is more an M or L.

Not so good for us fuller figure types.

Caution if you order the LM Body Warmer from the French site!!

Just bought one of those and the website says to order a size down (if you want a medium, order a small) but don't!! They are sizing down at source!! I ordered a small because I wanted a medium and they sent an xtra small thinking I wanted a small!!

The ticket on the garment said it was a small and they had placed a sticker on it to say xtra small, so they are down-sizing it before you order!

    Very good quality though!

Yes, once again disappointed with the "new" range of LM NZ clothing (why is all the men's stuff sleeveless??), I've just ordered again from the French website...
