    Who..me? competitve?

    Hi team!

Our Agency is having a competition to win airfare accommodation and attendance to a Latin American workshop, plus a crate of gatorade and other good stuff.. so I thought I'd have a go for fun. We submit a track from the programs we are certified in and there is an on line voting system for all to participate. I would like to do a combat track as it is the most dynamic of the programs  I teach.  (I thought about sending a Balance relaxation track for a giggle... but seriouslyBig Smile)

What tracks do you think out of releases 29 to 34 would you suggest ? I have picked one, but thought it would be interesting to get some advice, plus someone might help me change my mind!

There are a lot of good tracks in those releases, but my two personal favs would be either T4 from BC33 or T7 from the same release.   Good luck with the competition and mind let us know what track you eventually pick

I would definitely do Behind The Cow from BC33! So many disciplines featured in one track, and it's good as hell too! :D

    Re: Who..me? competitve?

Thank you for all the suggestions.. they are insane.  I have a knee flare up so the jump knees are going to have to take a back seat. (Wish we could make slice up our own chorey and use all the kicks and punches in the 4 mins).

I was considering Shut up and Drive cause I get into that kick kata but the words are a bit harsh dont you think?

The other challenge is getting the file in by Friday, ( we only found out about the comp last weekend when we received our 'new' late materials. Yay! finally got 35!)  We'll be up against some sprite whipper snappers so it will be lots of fun.  BTW...What the heck is an .avi termination file...? I'm sure I'll figure it out! Love the pressure!

Anyway, the reviewing has been a good thing in itself as has the video viewing so far.. always good to check in with your style and there's always room for improvement!

    Thanks again for your feedback.

    Cheers, Kath.

The competition videos are on the Bodysystems Mexico website......   www.bodysystems.net

There is an ad window on the right hand side of the  homepage ( Mexico ) that you can scroll and find  the Gatorade competition.

The address for my video is http://www.bodysystems.com.mx/historias_ver_video.asp?Id=85

If you want to vote for anyone I have instructions on my profile.. the voting fill in is in Spanish but pretty easy to figure out.  Thanks for your support, every bit of feedback is good for me...(as you can see I could use the workshop!)

My 2p worth - pick the track that you can perform the best in... best show, best technique, one that will make you come across best... and I doubt anyone on here will be able to tell you that! Ask your class which track they like you doing?

    Re: Who..me? competitve?

Thanks ck. Thats what  we ended up doing cause it was such spur of the moment with no time to create any video fluff.. it was real!

The videos are up, I posted the link on here yesterday but the moderator has to check it out first I guess to make sure that I´m not sending you guys somewhere naughty...fair enough... if you feel like checking it out I have the info and link on my profile, or you can go to bodysystems mexico website (bodysystems.net) and try and find the gatorade competition.

    Thanks again, Kathx
