    RMP in Arizona

My post RPM vs Spinning wasn't very popular, so my last two post got edited out .... so I will step up and try to drink the coolaid here.

Is there a popular RPM class in the State of Arizona? I'm would like to see a class with 25+ bikes that is at least 90% full. Always a  good sign of a good class. I will come early to get a bike and see what I'm missing here. If it's as good as you all say I will come back with hat in hand and applogies all around.

    Big Smile

    hey there

you could take the next RPM training module in your area.... not only will you get a master class from a great presenter, you'll have all the info you need to make informed comparison between RPM and other formats/programs.

but my own opinion is that thinking about "RPM versus another program" is a pretty pointless exercise.

If you love one or the other, or both, just do them and let the rest of the world make their own choice.

    cheers.

Consider yourself invited!  My club is doing thier lauch for the new programs this Saturday, May 17th!  We have three clubs, and all three are launching RPM Saturday am.  Check out http://www.fitnessworks.com.  Saturday classes are always full, but I'd say to have the best chance to get a bike (and each room has more than 40) you should come to the Chandler location, since it's our newest club.  Hope to see you there!!
