    Body Attack vs Body Step:-?

I have one question. I can see on the profiles to many who is training Body Combat, that they also training Body Attack. I training Body Attack my self, but I training Body Step for get better to coordinate the kicks, and I feel Body Step stay Close to Body Combat to, with big moves, and knee-kick in the cardio-tracksCool. Seccond. It training up the core-muscless better over time, that make a better look and attitude, and third, it is very easy to streching the feets after a step-class. Beccous of the step must be yoused over the hole timeCool. What make the Body Attack program better/different? I have tried it some times but don't feel any thing. Can some who have experiens over time or is instructers tell?

    Hello Trond, my friend.

I think BodyStep and BodyAttack are both very good cardio programs.  I think BodyAttack has more lateral moves and offers better conditioning for BodyCombat.  But BodyStep, in my opinion, requires more foot speed especially in the speed drills, and teaches more confidence in moving your feet precisely without constantly watching them.

I do a kickboxing class where we do foot speed drills and step up and kick drills on a step bench while the other half of the class is hitting the heavy bags.

    Have fun!

    Rex

Excuse me... May I motivate you?

Re: Body Attack vs Body Step:-?

I agree. After I started with the bodyStep program, I handle better special the ginga-moves, and now the step-kick. And can fire of the energy from start:-)))... That is not reccomented in the start of the realis for, ordinary  BodyCombat-members, who only training BodyCombat... I think to the BodyStep, the way it works, stay close to bodyCombat. When I thinking of the down-part of the body. Feets and core-muscless. So you are absolute right Rex:-). But the BodyAttack-part can I not say anything about, but will find out:-).

Bodyattack does include upper body conditioning like the push-ups as well as including an ab track.

    Hello

The difference between Body Attack and Body Step is very EASY.

Body Step is a workout meanly for the back and legs where you use 70% POWER and 30% FUN.

Body ATTACK is 100% POWER! so you can not really compare both of them. While you have some funny and tricky moves at Body STEP you will have MORE powerfull moves in Body ATTACK. One of the differences is also that you are working your whole Body on BA and in BS more Legs and Back.

Go to both classes… and you will feel the difference between working hard your legs but with fun (Body Step) and working hard your whole Body with adrenaline (Body Attack). Both programmes are FANTASTIC… just go for it an try it.. I teach both…… in one I do the funny powerfull guy and on the other one I do a kind of Boot Camp….

Remember the old slogan of Body Attack “go hard or go home”:-)
