 We have some pregnancy members. They loved to do RPM, Bodypump, Body Combat and Body Balance. Is there any suggestion for her or is there LESMILLS Pregnancy Moduls for her.

How can we get it???

You can download the pregnancy brochure from this site.  From time to time I have also rung my Les Mills head office (in Australia it is in Canberra) and they have given me great advice specifically related to particular participants.
