    Re: 45

So, last night, BJ45 presentation. Wow, it is a crazy release! Good crazy, definitely. I was having fun with 44 as well, but am glad the complexity has been taken up ... more than a notch. :-)))

When I heard Killing in the name of, I could barely keep it together, and not start screaming like a mad person. Really cool. I think it is great that there are so many styles in one release, makes it really colourful.

Obviously, we were a bit lost, as it was the very first class, but I think that with another three classes, it will get better. Oh... love those fast steps at the beginning. And the whole "dramatic" look of the rock part...

    well, enjoy jammin'

    smiles,

    Maria

The offbeat double-single knees are killing me timing-wise!

Kili Marti did dance school at our Q and pointed out that it is just a pony made funky...helped me to think of it that way...

That's funny because the trainer who presented at our Q said it was NOT a pony... LOL!

I think I've got it now, to heck with what everyone else is doing. I'm going with the video!

    Re: 45

Just got back from the Masterclass that was part of the Jam training going on at my gym this weekend...this release is amazing! Some of the moves were a little confusing in the DVD, but seeing it in person totally helps. Now I need to go take a shower and a nice long nap! Jam on it!

    Re: 45

My local gym is introducing this release next Saturday, so I won't know what it's like until then. The instructors did play a song or two at the start of class, though. I like that Kelly Rowland song.

    Re: 45

    Hey bud,

Give it more than one try! I would give it at least 3 tries before you decide. That will give you time to learn some of the moves. You'll pick up more and more each time you come to class. It is a great time to start when we teach new releases. No one in the room knows the combos yet! So everyone is in the same boat. Just have a BLAST! The new one is AMAZING!!!!!
