Les Mills programs are available in over 60 countries throughout the world. To find your nearest classes please use our class locator or visit one of our regional sites below.
Should be available in the next couple of weeks. Some locations have only just got 68 so you may have to be patient. Keep Googling and you'll find it soon enough.
You can get some idea of what tracks will appear from the Sizzler that I've posted separately.
P.S: Caps Lock on?
I'm not even thinking about 69 yet - did my training on 67 (and will be filming the video shortly) ,have just learnt 68 and am thinking that I'll need to learn some of 66 just to avoid boring participants senseless with only 2 releases....I'm not sure my tiny brain can cope with all that (on top of a couple of combat releases)!
Seriously though, I need some sort of plan for 69 - I'm an aussie in the UK and head back down under for a visit at the end of Feb. It'd be handy to have the music, or at the very least the DVD seeing as I'll have 24 hours on a plane each way (and I can irritate the people next to me by saying things like knees and squeeze, abs engaged, shoulders back etc etc )
Go to the workshop when you're in Oz... That's what I'll be doing when I'm back - then we'll get about a 4 week head start on the UK ;-)
Kapow!
Hi,
Just googled Bodypump 69 track list and came up with NZ Glens site ( I don't think Glen O). Anyhow I figured if I linked to it the mods would block it so if you do a little googling you can find it! Happy Googling!!

I like -- can't wait until quarterly on 2/28. Thanks for sharing!!

I googled, I found, I'm jumping up and down! The shoulder track is one of my favorite songs. I listen to it on the elliptical over and over again. Now I have an excuse to listen to it all the time

If that's the music, how predictable. Another trip to the same stock artists. Triceps done by Pink again etc
edit to say: It's biceps done by Pink, not Triceps, but it's still very similar artists and also very similar songs that have appeared in other Les Mills programs.
I guess its hypocritical because I HATE etype and never want to hear them again in a body pump release, but i still like the pink tracks.
I guess in my defense the pink tracks at least follow a different format in chorey and the way they sound. 'so what', 'cuz i can', and 'who knew' all sound different and have diff. chorey. where as etype is the EXACT SAME THING.
but really how do you NOT like the track 'So what'? its just too fun. maybe i would like etype more if they all didnt sound the same. but they have thier formula and they are sticking with it.
huh? where u getting E-Type from? Theyre not in the playlist.
