I'm part of each conversation if I want, this one is actually very boring. I understand that for last couple of weeks, months or maybe even longer you try to promote something what hardly exist. You choose wrong space, like I mentioned you before this website is reserved for les mills enthusiastic and professionals. I'm not sure you are one of them, so behave and leave.... There are milions instructors all over the world very passionate about les mills. They all love their job and they don't have time to talk about your "zumba".Build your website if you know how to do it and take your new passionate friends to talk there.

Ahhh!  It's the clueless bimbo from outer space.  So why are you here again?  I think you're just whistling past the graveyard.

That's an expression in US English : Attempting to stay cheerful in a deteriorating situation, ignoring warnings, hoping for the best, and without the slightest understanding of the possible consequences.

The fast footwork and fast turns in BJ49 won't encourage newbies to return for a second class.  Lots of presuming instructors launching the BJ+ won't help.  Maybe designating some schedule slots as Jam, Jam Progressive, or Jam Plus will retain more newbies.

If you look in at ALL the classes at any location, you'll see it's 10% hardcore, and 90% "I'm just here for some light cardio."

I know with z i am going to losse the 5 young hip hop girls that dont like latin music that much.

Our gym has a Hip Hop/Zumba class which is one of my fave classes.  The first 30 min is Hip Hop followed by 30 min of Zumba.  It's a great combo in my opinion.  I love to dance and our instructor is really amazing.  A Body Jam/Zumba combo would be so fantastic!

Re: Jam can be replaced by Jam only

Very shortly this time. You know nothing about BJ and about members coming to the

class. I understand you want to show your knowledge about teaching and everything what

is included..and just get people attention, but reading your invaluable messages is not

pleasure at all. And this way you showing people who you are, very frustrated guy who

has nothing more to do, just spending all days writing comments on forum.

My last feedback from new ladies who has done BJ49 twice with me: BJ is challenge and

good fun for me and that's why I prefer this class than basic dance class, it's just boring!

So think before you write something stupid next time. And what's

mean may I motivate you? You can not motivate anybody and that's your biggest

    frustration!!

Re: Jam can be replaced by Jam only

After viewing some of the recent posts on this thread and noticing the "negative" tones that they have taken on, I feel compelled to remind some of you, (Dominika & RexFury), that, we are all Les Mills and/or fitness professionals, and we should treat each other with respect, regardless of how we view things.

I admire your passion, but your name calling and negative judgements...not so much!

Everyone has their own opinion and this forum is here for everyone to express their opinions freely and hopefully without judgement.  Let us move forward with that in mind.

    Peace!

How many participants could handle it anyway?  I did BJ48 pretty much full out this morning with one group of friends, and I'll do Zumba with mostly a different set of friends this afternoon/evening.

Frankly, I'm doing both classes for the combined calorie burn, plus several of my ESL students are in the Zumba class.  Also in BJ48 I'm completely UFO'd out; it's entirely too repetitious.

LOL!  I just realized that the same instructor, Natalie, will be teaching both classes, BJ & Zumba.

    Hi Rex,

I do the same as you do -- 1 class in am and another in pm.  I took the Hip Hop/Zumba class this morning, then I will do Body Step this evening.  Doing it this way has made a big difference in my physique and stamina.  They call me the "frequent flyer" at my gym, lol!

Re: Jam can be replaced by Jam only

    Hi Rex,

Hope we are in the same group but you need to slow down a little...I'm new body jam instructor, just finished training and Body Jam can not be compare to any other program. Sorry, take it easy man!

Re: Jam can be replaced by Jam only

    Hi ya,

sorry for interruption. I'm first time here, but I agree. I've been teaching body jam for about 5 years and people in my class are loving new styles. I try to do new release always on time, my members are always hungry something new. If I'm sick and someone else is teaching dance they don't like it. They say it's not the same! Laura come back... Stick out tongue

Re: Jam is being replaced by Zumba

¡Tantas personas nuevas!

    Rex
