    Favourite release?

Do you have a favourite BP release? Which tracks have stuck?

My favourite is 66, tracks 6 (Rogue Traders- On your way to the disco) and 8 (Paffendorf...- Where are you 2007)!

    Re: Favourite release?

I started only in 67 so I do not really have that much to choose from, Sad

My favourite of the three releases is 69, I like it all from begining to end but my fav track is # 3 (Fall Out Boy - I don't care) I realllllllllllllllllllllllly love it.

    Re: Favourite release?

    33, 43, 53 and 56 are probably my favourites.

66 and 67 are both actually pretty good too. 68 and 69 are terrible in comparison.

    But that's just my opinion.

    Re: Favourite release?

I only go back to 45, but my two faves from them are 56 and 66.

Although 66 would be the one of the two that I could use from beginning to end again...

    Re: Favourite release?

With the exception of the cooldown, 33 is the best start to finish release for me. It's just superb - themed choreo, great tracks.

Other stand out releases are 29 and 40. 45 deserves a mention for the BodyPump theme squat track, as do releases 50 to 52 for the best back tracks.

Have to say the 69 is going down well too...

    Re: Favourite release?

Either 65 or 66, both have really good lunges and shoulders tracks (my favs). The only thing that's lame about 66 is the Squats track *shudders*. The worst in my opinion so far has been 67, I've never recycled any of the songs from that.

I've heard 45 is good, I'd love to get it but it's before my time (I started on 52).

    Re: Favourite release?

    A few things stand out.

    1. there is no concensus

    2. few people can narrow it down to just one release

For my 2p, I have no favourite release (as a whole entity), but have favourite tracks that span many releases. Also these come and go, and what's in this month may be out next month.

    Re: Favourite release?

I couldn't tell one realease from another without the music.  I usually like any music that's been in an earlier BJ release.  Well, and that Flaunt it! bicep track in BP60.  Oh, and the "It's all because of you." bicep track.  Bicep tracks have attitude.  Did I say that before?

    Re: Favourite release?

I do alot of songs from BodyPump 44 that one is good from begining to end.  But I like most of the 40's and 50's.  So far the only ones I like from the 60's is BodyPump 60 and BodyPump 69

    Re: Favourite release?

BP 66 for me. Seems to be a consensus growing for this release.

    Re: Favourite release?

Favourite is 66 - made me fall in love with BP.  Up until then the instructors were mixing (not long been doing pump at that time), didn't realise there were new releases every quarter!

Now I want to teach BP, and going on an ETM course in June to start the process!

Keep trying - the harder the better!
