    Hi Lover! And Yes!

    I know that all LMI programs are chorey set to music, but in yoga if I hear more than a snatch of music here or there, I know I'm losing focus and touch with myself, or it just ain't good music to accompany my journey.

    Good music selections mean you can tune them out - Easily.

    To relax those tight muscles and strengthen the weak! The importance of flexibility and core strength! Bodybalance galore!!

    RPM + Attack + Pump + Balance...I breathe on les mills baby!!!!!
