Our Gym will Launch Body 50 next month, so I am still going through the DVD, listening to the music and learning the moves.
One thing I would like to share... At the beggining I though that having two Options was great.
However, I do not see the need to have an "Advanced Option" that it is totally different from the "normal" Jam coreography. Why is that? I believe that the coreography can be intesified with simple things, such as a slighty different arm move.
In other programs such as Body Step and Body Balance, the "Advanced Options" presented are not that different from the "Basic" coreography. It is just to push the participants a little bit further.
Would it possible to have this same line of thought for Body Jam? I really hope so!
