    45 is here .....

Are already known 5 tracks from release 45 and promises to be another good release.

We have another Intervals track (track 5) of our friends "The Prodigy", who gave us the same track just spectacular in release 43 (Vooodooo People), in my humble opinion, one of the best for me. The release also full of promise.

Our beloved Free Spin track (track 6) does not seem very good, I find it very warm so we can ride until exhaustion.

The track of mixed terrain (track 4) also seems pleasant and with a cool rhythm.

Let's see what will happen in this latest release of the best BTS ever invented.

Track 4 - Midnight Youth - All On Our Own (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCY-Qx8ntOY)
    Track 5 - The Prodigy - Piranha (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JANLyO23Hzw)
Track 6 - Chicane ft. Natasha Bedingfield - Bruised water (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cv73dQzLpyM)
Track 8 - The Man Who Can’t Be Moved - The Script (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qw-J8kC5DHo)
    Track 9 - Adele’s - Chasing Pavements (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qz7vGW2_5c0)

Ride it like you stole it!

    Re: 45 is here .....

    Thanks for the links!!

    Here is the Sizzler!

RPM™ 45 is all about creating awareness of how to use resistance. Show your class how much resistance to use, how to find it, what it feels like and what the benefits are. Also coach your class to ride fast – find the working load and ride the beat! Set off on the open road to the uplifting classic Life Is A Highway. Your heart rate will pick up in Track 2 with three fast sprints and one small climb. Use this track to find the right working load. Listen to the lyrics in Track 4! Take a leap of faith and close your eyes when you hit the fast sprints to All On Our Own by New Zealand band Midnight Youth. Power equals force times speed. The more resistance you use, the further distance you are going to travel and the more calories you’re going to burn. So switch on to power up! Track 5 is all about razor-sharp attacks. Don’t be fooled by the fun nature of The Prodigy’s Piranha – this is intense and you will be challenged! Quadruple resistance turns and Standing Attacks will push your heart rate through the roof. Speed is the focus for Track 6. Gradually increase your leg speed to this iconic RPM™ track – Bruised Water by Chicane featuring Natasha Bedingfield. Switch from speed to strength in Track 7. Look out for the heavy Power Climbs! Recover to The Man Who Can’t Be Moved from Irish band The Script. Let the heartbeat drop before stretching and lengthening your muscles to Adele’s beautiful Chasing Pavements.

    Re: 45 is here .....

We shouldn't have to wait much longer for the rest of the tracklisting.

DVDs are already available to purchase (region dependent) and quarterlies start here in about 3 weeks.

Usually LM are happy for the remaining tracks to be revealed around that time, though often Google lets the cat out of the bag sooner.

At this early stage we're dependent on leaks from people in NZ. Glen (in NZ, not O) released the tracklisting for BC and BP as he teaches those programs.

He probably knows, or could get hold of the other tracklistings if you asked him.

Instructors here start getting the DVDs the weekend after next. The remaining tracks should make it public by then.

I can still have it from my instructor who is in NZ right now for the video filming..

I hope he's kind enough to share this. Anyway, we just have to wait...
