Hello Flow'ers,

I am a certified RPM/Pump instructor and I just went through Flow training. I also just moved from a HUGE LM program in Maryland to Gold's Gym Miami Lakes, where LM programs are not fairing well. I have been ready for months to shoot my Flow video, but I just canNOT get enough people to film a successful video. Is there anyone in the Miami area that can help me film?

Also, if anyone has successful LM gyms or gyms looking to launch LM in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area, I'd LOVE to know!

I had the same problem! You know what I did? I set up flyers and I made a post up on my Facebook that I was having the class and that did help. I had 5 people tell me they would be there for sure, but only 1 person out of those 5 came! So, I recruited my boyfriend, my little sister (who loves FLOW) and a couple of ladys off the floor. That is fun, 10 mins before class looking  for 2 people to complete your 5 minimum and HOPE that they show up!

 I would love to help you. If you tell me the day, the time, the location, I will make u a poster u can post up, and mayeb that will help you get more people. Other than that, look to the people close to you. Even if they cant go all out, as long as they seem like they are understanding you, no problem!

I can step up my recruiting efforts as far as posting flyers...but I literally know ONE person here, my boyfriend. IDK why people at my gym do not like Mind/Body classes (aka Yoga, Pilates, etc). There is literally ONE pilates class on our schedule!

Okay, I will set a time and date and post signs, flyers, etc. I will let you know, but it will be in the next 2 weeks.
