Loppan:For exercise, I usually beat my left thumb with a hammer. Doing this, I've experienced pain. Also my thumb is getting bigger and blue-ish. I don't mind the blue colour that much, but I don't want to bulk up. Do you think I should cut back? Should I try some other form of exercise, for example dropping bricks on my feet? What size of bricks do you recommend? And is three times per week allowing for enough rest and recovery? Will my feet bulk up?
