    BODY JAM tag line...

uhhh is it just me or does anyone else think this is a stupid tagline for BODY JAM...?

"It's like the Spanish Inquisition, with a hip-hop soundtrack"

are they trying to say that it's like torture and religious persecution with a hip-hop soundtrack...?

why dont they change their marketing tagline to "It's like playing russian roulette, with a salsa soundtrack"

"This is my body and I can do whatever I want to it. I can push it, study it, tweak it, listen to it. Everybody wants to know what I'm on... What am I on!?! I'm on my bike, busting my ass 6 hours a day. What are you on???"

    had this discussion Bexi.

I like it tbf and it has many meanings many of which can be found in the original discussion and most see it in a different light but each to their own!

    Re: BODY JAM tag line...

I have seen a series of promotional posters with the theme that we're in a "battle against obesity". And the poster for Jam says, "Every battle needs a war dance".

    I think that's wayy better!

Hi Bexi, Here is a link to my thread some time back on this exact same thought.

There is a certain amount of knee jerk approval for whatever LMI does, but the BJ tagline is just stupid.

    Re: BODY JAM tag line...

It's kind of dumb, and I prefer the " Every Battle Needs a War Dance" tag line. I mean, yeah good Monty Python reference and all, but jokes about the Spanish Inquisition will not fly in San Antonio!

    Re: BODY JAM tag line...

"Every battle needs a war dance" is a PERFECT tagline :) WAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than the one they seem to favour :) i am in total agreement :)
