Well I bet you're wishing you hadn't asked now Wink  heeheehee!!!

It was in another instructors class luckily, not my class, so my eyes are fine thanks! I'll be asking her for an update at the next quarterly, find out if he's bought some new shorts or if he disappeared never to be seen again...

yeah - you know, if that was me with a huge boner in the middle of class i would have dug my own grave and buried myself and never EVER left the house (let alone go to another balance class) ever again!! :D

thank you, god, for making me a woman Wink

what the hell do guys wear for the balance module training?!?

Short answer is any shorts with a mesh liner and a Speedo brief supporter (I suggest Navy or Black) under that.  The first couple of months of double checking during spread leg poses left me concern free ever since.

Now a story...  Last August for a scorching afternoon outdoor circuit class I got out an old (80s) pair of racing briefs (1" inseam) and the above Speedo brief under.  For an hour I got cat calls and whistles from the gals during class and double checked nobody was close behind me for standing forward folds during cool-down.  All good natured, but the gals let me know that no matter how great your legs, shorts can be too short.  Even for Lisa Osborne.  No ugly details, just makes peeps uneasy about watching you.

Nope, there's no short shorts in my wardrobe at all.....or bike shorts either. I remember it being trendy in the early 90's to wear those things in public (when not actually on a bike) which is just very, very wrong.

It's been ages since I've bought myself anything as a treat (got made redundant december last year, took until mid-June to find another full time job) so splashed out on some balance pants from the LM FR site which just arrived today.

I dunno, I just like to have some "branded" stuff during the module training as you're continually assessed for the whole three days and it makes a good impression and makes you "feel" the module a bit more too. Beats turning up in raggedy old gym gear like some people did on my pump module.

I had three guys in my class recently... front row, wearing running shorts with the mesh lining.  My track 9 had a seated wide forward fold.

I mixed it out the following week.
