age 36 (yup i know im old!)

Just booked the london combat course on 30/10/09 , anyone else going to be there.

Looking for ideas on where to stay that isnt silly money, its the     BANKSIDE HEALTH CLUB

that  im off to so if anyones been and can recommend somewhere that would be great!

Not sure what i let myself infor, not done anything like this before,  been doing combat about 1 year, and decided to go for the instructor course, got the backing of the lesiure centre and all the people in the class, but still terrified !

Oi! I did my combat module when I was 36 and survived......

No idea where the bankside club is and have work to be doing with the day job so will google it myself later but it might be worth paying a tiny bit extra just to get somewhere quiet (as opposed to a whacking great dorm room in a hostel) to get a good night's rest before the module and also somewhere you'll be able to practice your track to teach on day 2.

I was soo much younger, only 35 BodyAttack training when I was 37...

passed to team teach!

 

very tough 3 days, allthough very enjoyable, Steve Tansey  worked us HARD!
