Kezza_W: "The Cranberries’ - Zombie" love that song, hopefully its a good cover.
If it's anything like the one from RPM 40, it will be great!!

Let me go on record and say this is one cardio-intensive release! I launched it this morning with another instructor. I was taking the back half, but by track 3, we knew we were in trouble as the sweat was pouring off us As for my 'rest period' - usually the Agility track, nup, it is full-on. I never realised just how much sweat could come out of one person.
As for "Zombie" - it went OFF!!
This is one of the best releases I've done for a long time. Love it

You really make it sound so exciting and I can't wait trying it out - December can't come fast enough! So we'll sweat even more? I need to bring 2 Bottles of Water with me then, huh?

I don't think it's any harder than other releases. The hardest parts in my opinion are the decent set of plyos at the end of track 4, the crab crawl in track 5 (mainly due to slippery mats and hard floors, but thankfully not a lot of them), and a decent number of kicks in track 8 (but decent breaks between each set).
I agree that track 6 takes a bit of coordination. It's a bit over-innovated for my liking, but it's nowhere near as exhausting as Wild Wild West.
The music is pretty good if you don't count Britney's meaningless lyrics and a boring track 10.
I find the stretches a bit too fast this time. With all the leg work, it'd be nice to have a longer hold in the stretches.
