G'day fellow Jammers!
Quick question: Can someone recommend shoes to wear while teaching jam? My problems are:
1. Both the gyms I teach at are carpeted (grr!)
, one has "worse" carpet than the other (I've almost rolled an ankle a few times, and no, it's not just coz I'm unco)
2. Flat feet = I need to wear orthotics in my shoes so I don't get shin splints...
3. Weird bone in my foot doesn't work properly+funky hips = have to be careful with my knees
So the short of it is...I need shoes that offer arch support AND are shock absorbent AND are not as grippy as runners (especially with the new one having a few turns in it) SOOOO...your help would be greatly appreciated. Thought I'd ask you guys first before I ask anyone who'll just try to sell me something
BTW- HOW AWESOME IS BODYJAM42!?!?!?! lurve it. there may be a fight over who gets to teach what in our upcoming launch...LOVE the contemporary rock: COOLEST SONGS AND MOVES EVA!!!
Peace. Jen.
