Months ago you wrote a great post about carbs and exercise. In that post you referred to about 5 bars that you would actually turn to if you needed a quick carb fix. Would you feel comfortable letting us know which bars those are? I also don't eat bars much, but am going to be doing two big outdoor rides this summer (I live in Colorado and am doing the Ride the Rockies for the third time and the Triple Bypass for the second time) and do carry bars and gels during these rides to make sure I don't bonk on a 120 mile 10,000 ft elevation gain in one day type ride.
