    Good cues

    Hey all,

I'm a new RPM instructor preparing with my team to launch the class in our club and our area.  There are spinning classes at some of the other "gyms" in town, but chances are slim that any of the locals have experienced RPM.  We (the instructor team) went through training together in December on release 37 and got some great cues from our trainer as well as from the DVD.

If you'd take a minute to post maybe your favorite cue or two to help us really kick this off solidly, we'd all be greatful.

Example:  Using the words in track 7 (and frankly on a bit of an endorphin/adrenaline high) before the final standing climb and standing attack, I say along with the music, "This is a journey," pause while the guy says "to the roots," and I say, "To Results.  Take ownership of your workout, turn it up, and finish strong.  You'll be proud of yourself!"  Spread it out a bit and breathe in between and people really respond.

    Thanks for any help!

    Dan
