Your choreography notes for BB39 has the 45 minute class format on p 17. Do Tracks 1-4, T6 & 7, T9-11. If you are teaching this format regularly, you can rotate between T5 (Hip Openers), Track 8 (Twists) and t9 (Forward Bends - Hamstrings). This gives class members a fuller experience of BB.
