It has taken me longer to appreciate this release but I find I really like it now.  I had to find a way to present it that was enthusiastic.  The participants like it more now than at first.  It is a good hard ride.   Track 7 has gone from "iffy" to well recieved.  I will be playing this release for long time.

Jen123, i could not agree more.  When i first listened to this release i was seriously disappointed and so have the participants in teh first week of the release.  However, with every time i teach it, it just keeps growing on me.  I dont think i have felt more confidence in teaching a release as i have with this one.  The cues are easy to recognize and it just lends itself to great coaching.  I really like this release now, especially tracks 5 and 7.  I find it is easier to motivate people with track 5 than most others.  7, well, i had my reservations about 7 early on, but now find that it is just a great track for its purpose.  The drums are great and again from an instructors perspective its a very coaching-friendly track.  Same can be said for 3... one of the more challenging Hill climbs in recent releases.

I think participants will be slower to come around to the benefits of 37 since they will never hear it as much as we do.  It just takes time to appreciate all it's scientific benefits to fitness.
