Good and bad indoor bikes - experiences?

    Hi guys and girls,

Most of us know that the BodyBike is the preferred/endorsed bike for RPM, however I've never actually ridden one even though I've taught in a bunch of clubs.

What bikes are people riding out there and what impact does it have on your ability to deliver a class?  I, for instance, was recently involved in a class on Keiser bikes, which are almost completely impossible to get into a good RPM riding position and don't even have bars to get into the aero position (yes, I know it's different to a triathlon/time trial position :)).

Is this sort of thing impacting instructors given the fact that position on the bike is increasingly important under Dan's mentorship?  Has it impacted anyone's certification videos or caused any injuries?  Inquiring minds want to know! :)
