    Vegan for you: Beat Obesity and Gain Muscle

    Have you over wondered what it would be like to turn vegan?  You work so hard in Pump Class getting those toned arms and upper body and will lose it eating a vegan diet?  Your metabolism which is raised by Pump class will slow down since you won't have energy from eating beef and milk? Your overall health will decline?

    In reality, your body needs less protein than you what general public is made to think.  You can get most of your protein from Soy Milk, Tofu, Beans, and some green vegetables. The protein from those sources increase you muscle mass as well as meat based protein which also contains saturated fats.

    If you look at how Lance Armstrong trains and eats.  His diet is high in good carbohydrates (unprocessed foods), since your body will use them during Pump, Kick Boxing, RPM classes. It's all about periodization and eating right.  During the winter, you eat less because your training less and recovering but when you are going strong in your goal training, then you can eat more good carbs and work harder to build muscle strength and endurance.

    Should Less Mills have a stronger stance on Nutrition?
