    Re: Inital training advice

    HI Leela,

not sure if the trainings are the same world wide. i just did my initial training in the Netherlands and i was great fun, though also a lot of hard work. day 1 we started with a short introduction and then got on our bikes to ride the latest release, rpm 38. great to see 2 die hard instructors ride this. after theory in the afternoon,, the first day ended with a great challenge, riding the bike for an hour in all kinds of different positions and pace.....wow...

we had a week in between and got our homework, prepare for our presentations on the 2nd day and script our track...what to say when, which cues to use

we presented on the 2nd day in 4 groups, all at the same time. because we also had some people who still had to present from previous trainigng we added about 5 extra songs to rpm38.....that was exhausting, but great fun, after the first round we received feedback, so we could change our presentation where needed for the 2nd round in the afternoon....

hope this helps, have fun with your training, and prepare very well on the choreography, make sure you can dream the music and cue about 5 seconds before the change needs to be made...

hope to hear you have passed soon
