    Shoulder track Bodypump 65

    Has no one noticed that the presenter is off the 8 count of the music on the MacRaises and overhead bar presses?  This is what makes the routine hard to follow, because it doesn't "feel" right.  The "boom" is NOT count 1 the next beat is.  It's hard keeping the "rhythm challenged" in line unless the right beat is followed.
