Hey there! My gym also offers Body Pump Mon-Thurs. I try to go every other day because I've heard you're supposed to give your muscles a day of rest. This week I went two days in a row. You better believe I was feeling it during the second class. I think I'll stick with every other day. I've only been going for about three weeks now, and I can already see a difference in my legs. Nothing too noticeable, but I can tell. I enjoy the class and think it's a great way to shape up. Hope this helps.
