Confused [*-)] BodyVive; suitable for [insert older relative here]?

My mum is in her 60s. She has had cancer twice - breast and bowel - and I was wondering whether it would be a good idea to suggest she looks into finding a BodyVive class near where she lives.

Surgery from the first was a single mastectomy and simulteneous reconstruction using tissue from her back. This means that there is sometimes a fluid buildup in her lower back. The playing about with lymph-nodes has also restricted mobility in one of her arms (hard to lift up etc).

Surgery from the second left scars/tenderness in abdomen.

She also reacted badly to chemo, and sometimes gets dizzy...

Is it likely to be suitable? She doesn't want to do something as boring as plodding on a treadmill, but she was talking about trying to find something she could do at the gym.
I'd like opinions from here first, as her G.P. is about as useful as a muppet without its inner-hand.

I've been invisible for a while - profile got deleted, so I'm back and 'friendless' with a post-count of about zero - so hello again everyone. Big Smile
