We launched BC at my club in 1/07-the very first class was packed and we were ecstatic to see the response. Since then, we haven't had more than 10 participants and generally we see 5 or less. Our instructors for all programs have asked participants why they haven't come back and every one of them said it is too difficult. It's disappointing to see the instructors put so much time into preparation and attention to all details and not have BC well received. RPM has been doing very well at our club, but we can't get the people to try BC. Do you have any ideas how we can get participants hooked? We are in a rural area and serve mostly middle-aged clients.
