Hey, I am looking for some funny things to say during class. For instance, the only one I have is the following:
While we are doing squats I sometimes say the following:
"Don't forget to squeeze you glutes on the way up, because if you don't squeeze them nobody else will want to."
It really makes them laugh. Because lets face it....it is true! :)
