    Becca:

Two other things to think about in terms of logistics. 1. Manage your nutrition and energy intake, and 2. Be prepared to stay warm, loose between active sessions at the training.

On the first point (and second), you have real bursts of physical activity with learning and discussion in between. Take snacks and fluids that will allow you to fuel up at the right times and have plenty of energy and hydration when you need it most. You don't want to be crashing when you are doing your tracks, or the training.

Also, with the variation in activity, be sure you are able to keep your legs and arms warm, for example, when you are sitting and listening. Columbus GA in March will be a bit warm, but I found that by Sunday, my legs were getting stiff between teaching sessions. Stretch and stay warm.

Bottom line: look after your physical endurance so you will have all your mental energy to focus on learning and doing.

I just did training in NC last month and it was a really testing but enjoyable experience with some great people. And the challenge is nothing to be scared of. Partly it is to help you understand the need to be strong and have the endurance to both keep great form and teach others.

Good luck, go in with an open mind and positive outlook, and you will do well.
