I'll be attending BP training December 5-7. Found out today that we will be trained on 68! I'm very excited, but i've not seen it at all. Does anyone have any suggestions for how I might prepare myself for the training? (i.e. should i practice any exercise in particular so i wont struggle too much? etc.)
