Warmup: 5K
Squats: 20 to 21.25K
Chest: 12.5k
Back: 7.5 to 8.75K
Triceps: 8.75K (10K freeweight for overheads; 6K freeweight for kickbacks)
Biceps: 7.5 to 8.75K
Lunges: 18.75K (5K freeweight in each hand for dynamics)
Shoulders: 5 to 6.25K (5K freeweights in each hand for non-bar)
Crunches: 5 K freeweight.
I have an old back injury from before pump which explains why my back weight doesn't fit the normal pattern, and also means I agree like crazy with those talking about technique. For comparison, here are my first pump weights from 2005; bear in mind at the time I couldn't lift anythign above shoulder height!
Warmup: 2.5k
Squats, lunges: 5K freeweight across chest
Back: 3.5K; no clean&press - upright row only
Chest, triceps, biceps: 2.5K
Shoulders: 1 to 2.5K or just none at all.
