Leslie_Bull:Squats: 40 kg
WOW, I've never seen a girl squat 40kg in pump and I've been to a lot of classes. I'm aware of 2 girls who squat 35kg and both of these girls also lunge 35kg. One of the girls does 25kg bench and 25kg back.
The high repetition of pump is not going to put muscle bulk on you. And you shouldn't be oververtly concerned with what weights others are doing, its not a competition.
My weights have gone up over the years and I'm now considering if I am out growing pump;
1. Warmup 15kg
2. Legs/Squats 50kg
3. Chest 30kg
4. Back 32.5kg
5. Triceps 20kg
6. Biceps 15kg
7. Lunges 40kg
8. Shoulders varies, usually two 5kg plates followed by a 15kg bar
9. Abs 5kg if applicable
10. Hover/plank 10kg plates placed on small of back, one leg in air
Pump was easier 200 sessions eariler when the weights weren't so dam heavy.
