Hello everyone,
I'm pretty much an RPM addict and more recently fell for Body Pump as well. Les Mills classes got me back into shape and most of all I have more kick than ever! I went from 24% body fat to 19% and still working my way down.
I usually do 5 RPM/week and 3 Body Pump/week. I would like to integrate a more traditional workout to develop some muscle mass, but I'm afraid to overdo it with the Body Pump. Well, to be exact, since I love how it feels to master my own body, I now wanna train to crush pull-ups, chin-ups and push-ups like a pro! LOL For reals. Until now, I got more fit and gained tremendous endurance but I merely have the strength of a 14yo girl, which makes it quite hard to lift and push my own body. ;-)
You guys have any piece of advice about how I should structure my workouts so I can get to where I want?
