RexFury: I think ten minutes for meditation when most participants haven't been coached in meditation is a cop out. Five of those minutes could be put to better use.
I disagree; BodyFlow isn't just an exercise class, and the benefits of meditation or deep relaxation are well documented. 5 minutes isn't nearly enough to get into a deep relaxation, and I usually take 3 minutes just bringing my participants back!
Also, you don't need to have been previously coached in meditation to enjoy the benefits of it at the end of BodyFlow; your body is primed to relax completely, and a BodyFlow teacher is trained to coach you through that time.
