Re: Module training in around 2 months - any advice

Standing strength is a toughie too as physical practice is a little tougher on the body than some of the other tracks!!  But at least you get a week to recover before the last day Big Smile  Having said that I was actually really happy in hindsight that it was all over in the three days as I didn't have to worry about my Pump and Combat classes in between - I could solely focus on Balance for three days which was lovely.  But jeez it was nice to get back to Pump Monday morning - familiar territory and words!!!!

There was no one in our group who had never done Balance and we were about a 50/50 split of those who had done LM training before(there was only 9 of us) ......  I reckon Balance is a tough one to start with especially for some who really struggled with timing - not surprisingly it was those who had never taught LM before.

Good luck with learning your tracks this week.  Do you have your challenge coming up too??  I found ours tough but oh the relaxation at the end was fantastic.... I think???  I'm sure I nodded off for some of it Big Smile  Guess I found my happy place - or I was just so damn knackered from being up late learning my track then up early the next morning to catch the train!!!!
