I just wanted to post a recent experience in my last Body Balance 36 class. Nearing the end of the 3 month run it was rather unexpected and relates to an earlier entry about the Crow/Bird pose in Track 4.
One of my slightly elder (although extremely fit!!!) ladies had been so close to final lift off, and decided to give it her all on our last BB36 session. She managed it on the first attempt, but during the repeat at the end of the track her wrist strength gave out and she fell, twisting her hand and dislocating her index finger completely. Horrid! but I think it was a lucky escape a it could so easily have been a broken wrist, so beware all ...
