Dear friends, I only write to advice to Programm Director bodybalance bodyflow than we will do inverted poses in the end of bodybalance , like salamba sarvangasana, halasana , viparita karani or sirsasana, if you want than a student will do the bird pose, he can do shoulders pose( sarvangasana) and it has more benefits for health.
