&lt;P&gt;Two bars&amp;nbsp;("=") meaning same weight&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One bar ("-") meaning less weight&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plus sign ("+") meaning more weight&lt;/P&gt;
